Admission

  1.   10 + 2 class passed preferably Science (PCB) & English with aggregate of minimum 45% marks and 45% marks in English individually. Candidates must have obtained Pass marks in both Practical and Theory separately. 10 + 2 in Arts (Mathematics, Biotechnology, Economics, Political Science, History, Geography, Business Studies, Accountancy, Home Science, Sociology, Psychology,Philosophy) and English core/English Elective with minimum 45% marks without Environmental Education and 45% marks in English individually. Candidate from Vocational stream and Open school will not be considered as eligible.

  2.   Selection will be made strictly on the basis of total marks obtained in Compulsory subjects [Languages out of which English must be one with 45% and three Elective subjects (best three) except Environmental Education]. Science will be given preference.

  3.   Age should not be less than 17 years and not more than 27 years as on 31st December , year of admission

  4.   Candidates should be of Indian Nationality and should be resident of West Bengal uninterruptedly for last 5 years.

  5.   Candidate should be able to read, write and express in English and Bengali.

  6.   After release of the Merit list candidates will be called for the admission process.

  7.   Successful candidates will have to appear for Medical check-up on the prescribed date.

  8.   Selection is subject to verification of Mark sheet from H.S.Council / concerned authority

  9.   Candidate Passed Class 12 from ISC or CBSE Board may note that Board verification is their own responsibility.

  10.   Selected candidates will have to join the course from November 2020 within the specified date. At the time of admission candidate should submit Original of all Certificates as mentioned in the application form.

  11.   Only unmarried female and Single candidate can apply.
